Tracy Moore has held multiple posts, including president and vice president, with the Remodelors Council, a group affiliated with the Winston-Salem Home Builders Association. His hands-on involvement in the day-to-day scheduling and managing of AMB projects allows him to continually scrutinize all aspects of the process to ensure the best customer experience. He also volunteers his time regularly with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Brenners Children’s Hospital.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in business management and economics from North Carolina State University. He is certified as an Aging-in-Place Specialist, Graduate Remodeler and Graduate Builder. He is a Graduate Master Builder and is certified by North America Home Builders as a Green Professional. He is certified by North Carolina Home Builders Association as an accredited Master Builder and an accredited Builder.
Erik Anderson served as president of the North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA). He also is on the Board of Trustees for the National Association of Home Builder’s Remodelers Council and assists in guiding national programs in the remodeling industry. To expand his knowledge in the industry, Erik is a member of the Board of Directors for Builders Mutual Insurance Company, which serves the construction industry in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Maryland, and Mississippi.
He is a NCHBA accredited Master Builder and Builder. He also is a certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. He is certified as a Graduate Remodeler and a Graduate Builder. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh.
Julie Moore specializes in managing all the financial issues relating to running DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Winston-Salem. She also handles all personnel matters, and is responsible for the development and distribution of our marketing tools.
She has bachelor’s degrees in business management and economics from North Carolina State University.
With more than 26 years of experience in new construction and renovation, James has been a part of the Anderson-Moore/DreamMaker team since 1997. With a firm understanding of the importance of quality and timeliness he treats each of his customers with respect and adheres to the company Code of Values.
Once a project starts, James is the “face” of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. He is in constant contact with the lead carpenters and trade partners and also reviews job status on a daily basis. His attention to detail and tendency toward perfectionism are second to none. James has come up through the ranks from Carpenter to Lead Carpenter to Production Manager. He currently oversees all production operations.
