Why You Are a Key Part of the DreamMaker Process

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Livonia is the local remodeling company you can count on for the highest quality remodeling solutions. We take pride in achieving client satisfaction with exceptional workmanship and our established remodeling process. Here’s a quick overview.

  1. Meet with a DreamMaker designer. Visit us at our design center for a meeting with a friendly DreamMaker designer. During this appointment, our designer will carefully listen to your goals, allowing us to incorporate your specific needs into your new space. You can share with us any sketches, inspiration and photos of your existing space so we can get a clear idea of the style and look you’re aiming for.

  1. Home survey. Following the initial design center meeting, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review meeting. Our designer will visit your home and complete a survey, which includes taking measurements and photos, while looking for any structural, plumbing or electrical issues. We’ll need to resolve these issues before we can begin the work. Once your home survey is complete, we’ll set a day and time for design review.

  1. Design review & written proposal. During this phase, we will review the designs we have created for your interior renovations. Together, we’ll land on a final design that includes every aspect of the project. You can also expect a few proposal options as we present these designs to give you a better idea of what your desired remodel will cost.

  1. Sign agreement. To set the tone for more effective communication and to clearly map our expectations for the project, we’ll draw up a detailed contract. This will include every aspect of the home remodel. At DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Livonia, we are serious about delivering on our promises.

  1. Pre-start conference meeting. Once the plans are finalized and specifications signed and processed, the project manager will arrange a pre-start conference meeting. During this phase, we’ll review the scope of schedule, construction and installation process.

  1. Your project manager is your contact. Should you have concerns or questions regarding the project, all you need to do is call your project manager. This person will be your dedicated point of contact throughout the entire project.
