Several months ago, we started a full kitchen transformation for a family of five in Carolina Beach. Their original kitchen was builder grade — untouched since they bought the home.
To kick things off, we removed a load-bearing wall to open up the space and expand the footprint — giving this family room to grow and truly live in their kitchen.
The result? A bright, open-concept kitchen with a walk-in custom pantry, a built-in coffee bar, and a show-stopping center island — perfect for family meals, morning coffee, and showing off a space they’re truly proud to call their own.
This kitchen is now the heart of the home — stylish, functional, and designed to grow with them.
