Position Salesperson/Design/Estimator
Salary Commensurate with experience; full time or part time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  •  Recording, responding to, and following up on all inquiries from prospective customers
  •  Utilizing the DreamMaker 7-Step Sales System
  •  Qualifying all incoming leads
  •  Tracking all client information and lead follow-up in BuilderTrend; includes systematically updating the status of leads   as they advance through the sales funnel daily
  •  Conducting Initial Client Meetings at the Design Center
  •  Conducting all subsequent client meetings required to complete the sale
  •  Visiting and measuring jobsites prior to creating a design
  •  Designing projects using computer software and/or hand sketches to prepare creative project designs
  •  Obtaining bids from the necessary trade partners and suppliers to prepare the estimate
  •  Assisting the homeowner in all product selections after completing the initial design
  •  Writing change orders when necessary and providing them to the Lead Carpenter to have signed by customer
  •  Taking "before" and "after" pictures at job-close
  •  Completing client thank-you letters at job close and providing to office manager for the end of project gift
  •  Conducting 6-month/12-month customer follow up calls
  •  Following the DreamMaker Code of Values
Education and Experience
  •  Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field
  •  Or equivalent work experience, 5-10 years in related field and position
  •  Minimum of two years of selling in the Kitchen and Bath Industry
  •  Experience working with residential trade contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile and flooring)
  •  Extensive sales background
  •  Understanding of construction basics
  •  Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
  •  Design software experience with 20/20 or equivalent

Position Remodeling Lead Carpenter
Salary $35 - $45 an hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Required to adhere to the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Code of Values (to be provided)
  • Must attend all weekly production meetings
  • Review job production information prior to the job start
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have own transportation to jobs
  • Must have strong communication skills when dealing with customers, subs and other employees
  • All paperwork is to be filled out completely and turned in as required
  • Conduct warranty work as needed
  • Jobsite is to remain clean as possible, with end of day site completely clean and in safe condition
  • Must wear company logoed shirts while on the clock
  • Appearance both personal & vehicle must be in keeping with company expectations
Education and Experience
  • 3-5 plus years’ experience
  • Minimum education: HS diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: BS degree or equivalent work experience in construction
  • Up to date on current building code requirements
  • Experience managing others
