The Woodlands - Our Team

Originally from Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York, Jeff grew up in a family household that regularly enjoyed home remodeling projects and has always had a passion for improving homes. Jeff is a veteran of the United States Army and has served in several locations, including Tennessee, Iraq, and Hawaii.

After transitioning out of the U.S. Army, Jeff and his wife Ruth settled in The Woodlands, Texas where they are raising their three children Tripp, Emma, and Luke. Jeff then began a career in project management and spent 11 years working for ExxonMobil. He was excited to begin a  new chapter with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in 2021 as he genuinely enjoys helping others realize and create exceptional lives with their family and friends in their homes.

Jeff is an active member in his community and volunteers at Rebuilding Together Houston, United Way of Greater Houston, and Youth Sports Coaching. He is also a member of the Creekside Park Village Association Residential Design Review Committee and the Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. Jeff’s commitment to superior service and excellent craftsmanship can be seen in his membership with the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association).

When Jeff is not busy helping others and improving homes, he can be found spending time with his Church Community Group or enjoying outdoor sports like hiking, biking, fishing, and boating.

Carl Kuehne is a master carpenter with over 20 years of experience.  As part of the DreamMaker Team, Carl takes great pride in serving Clients in achieving their remodeling dreams while continuing to develop professionally within the company.  Carl is a proud father of two children and husband of 12 years.  When he’s not working, Carl enjoys fishing, movies, and watching his kids play soccer.

Amy is a Louisiana transplant who migrated to the Woodlands in 2019. She studied Architecture at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has worked in the remodeling & design field for the past 20 years. Amy enjoys the creativity and challenge of redesigning floor plans, while specializing in 3-D renderings to help customers visualize their future projects. She is a firm believer that with trusted guidance, anyone has the ability to design the perfect space for themselves. In her spare time, Amy loves construction projects, refinishing furniture, painting, and any road trip that involves the outdoors/music/good food. She’s the lucky bride to her husband Marshal, the proud Momma to her daughter Finley & bonus daughters, Kaylan and Kamryn.

Kathy is a 25 year veteran from the High Tech industry.  She split her time over those 25 years in the Engineering and Supply Chain organizations.  She has enjoyed multiple remodeling projects in her own home. Not only has she found enjoyment in the finished product, but she has also always enjoyed the full range of the process. She is excited to be with DreamMaker and have the opportunity to watch the joy in others as their projects begin and end.  The joys of her life include a husband, 2 daughters, and 3 grandchildren plus an extended family of stepchildren and many more grandchildren.

Joe came to the Woodlands/Spring area from Long Island, New York a few years ago.  He brings 4 years of experience in the construction/remodeling industry to our work family.  He enjoys time with family and playing lacrosse.  His personal philosophy is always live life to the fullest.
