We’re known throughout Minneapolis for a lot of good things, not the least being our distinctive approach to remodeling. Our customer-focused process makes it possible for us to provide one-on-one attention and maintain our high standards for quality and efficiency.

We believe it’s one of the secrets to DreamMaker’s success!

Initial consultation. We recommend you drop by our design center for your first meeting with a DreamMaker designer. It’s where you can best see the high standards we have in terms of materials and craftsmanship.
Home survey. We’ll conduct a scheduled survey and site inspection so that we can be apprised of any plumbing, electrical or structural issues we may need to resolve or incorporate into the design.
Design review & written proposal. We’ll present our remodeling proposals and project cost estimates, from which you’ll choose a final design.
Signing of agreement. Your contract will outline all the necessary details of your project and clearly establish expectations in writing.
Pre-start meeting. Your project manager will arrange a conference with you before work officially starts so that you can review the schedule, construction and installation process.
Regular checkups. For your convenience and our accountability, your project manager will be your dedicated point of contact throughout the project. We encourage you to talk with him or her regarding any questions or concerns.
