Meeting With a DreamMaker Designer

You can meet with our team by visiting our design center or through a webinar. During the initial meeting, one of our friendly designers will ask what you wish to accomplish in your remodel. If you have pictures of spaces you find appealing, you can share them with us. After our discussion, we will schedule another meeting for your home survey and design review.

Home Survey

A home survey will allow us to determine features that will contribute to the functionality and appeal of your space. When your designer arrives at your humble abode, expect them to take measurements and capture photos. They will also look for plumbing, electrical and structural issues that must be dealt with before proceeding with the project. With more information about your home, we can provide you with more detailed kitchen or bathroom cost estimates.

Reviewing Your Options

Following the home survey, we will set another meeting to review your design options and present proposals. Your DreamMaker designer will work with you to finalize every aspect of your project. They will also show you several proposal options with the designs you prefer.

Agreement Signing

A detailed contract helps ensure you and your remodeler are on the same page. Our agreement will include the work involved in your project and its start and expected completion dates. It will also come with sketches and all essential documents. After signing the agreement and finalizing all the plans, your project manager will set a conference meeting to talk about your remodel’s scope and timeline.
