Clint, Julie, and Joel Chappell are a faith-based family and the owner/operators of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Greater Rockwall. With Clint’s extensive professional background in mechanical engineering, Julie’s eye for design, and Joel’s eagerness to learn, the Chappells truly are a Dream Team.

Together, their family is passionate about delivering stunning design and remodel work while enhancing the lives of local homeowners in their community.

Originally from the Houston area, Clint grew up in a home that always enjoyed helping and ministering to others which continues to be his passion. He has spent most of his time in Texas, which holds a special place in his heart, but also lived in Germany, Iowa, and Illinois. Clint has been a church planter in Texas and Germany and led church music. He enjoys working with his hands and he and his dad spent many hours together helping the elderly and others in need through repairing their homes and taking care of tasks they could not complete themselves. Clint also spent time in an organization serving the needs of people through home renovations and assisted during times of natural disaster recovery.

Clint worked construction in the chemical industry and earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He applied his developed skills in the Oil and Gas industry in roles of engineering, reliability, maintenance, and operations leadership positions including national Vice President responsibilities and worldwide consulting. He learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, relationships, quality performance, hard work, and most importantly integrity. He has won several industrial Operational Excellence and Safety awards.

Clint, his wife Julie, and their five children (Joshua, Jonathan, Joel, Catherine, and Caylee) have always desired to have a family business that impacts their community. Having lived in Rockwall since 2015, Clint is excited to work with his family in serving the greater Rockwall area families in helping their home dreams come true through DreamMaker. Clint is a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association). In his free time, Clint enjoys time with family, church activities, fishing, singing, playing with his dogs, gardening, and traveling.

Born in Baytown, Texas, Julie is a fourth-generation Texan. Having grown up in a pastor’s family, she and her two younger brothers were taught to love and serve those in their community. This passion is still a part of their lives, as Julie’s brothers are police officers and Julie is blessed to serve her community through teaching piano lessons, playing the piano for special events, and participating in her church. Julie first met Clint when she was five years old. During their twenty-plus years of marriage, she and Clint have been blessed with five children, Joshua, Jonathan, Joel, Catherine, and Caylee which Julie has had the privilege of homeschooling. Her two older sons are in college while working full time as director and manager at popular local fast-food restaurants. Julie’s other three children are in high school and elementary school.

Throughout her life, Julie has moved several times, having lived in three states. These multiple moves quickly taught her the importance of changing a house into a beautiful, cozy home. This is why she is thrilled to be a part of DreamMaker of Greater Rockwall. Julie is a member of A NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association). She has lived in Rockwall, Texas since 2015, and is a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce. Home, family, friends, and community are extremely important to Julie. It is her desire to assist those in Greater Rockwall with experiencing the same feelings of creating beautiful homes that bring closeness, happiness, and tranquility. She enjoys hosting spontaneous gatherings and special holiday events in her home, fulfilling the great joy of establishing treasured memories that will last a lifetime.

When not working with DreamMaker, you will find Julie spending time with family, involved in church activities, joining in community 5k events, enjoying gardening, relaxing by the lake, playing the piano, or hosting gatherings in her home.

Joel was born in Houston, Texas, and has also lived in Iowa and Illinois. He is truly the middle child with two older brothers and two younger sisters. He worked for three years at a popular local fast-food restaurant before joining his family with DreamMaker. Joel is excited about seeing his dream fulfilled by being a part of a remodeling company and serving his community together with his family. He will be continuing his education toward becoming a certified general contractor. Joel has a passion of seeing a job well done as well as the elation of those he is serving. Joel is competitive and enjoys basketball, weight training, gaming, hunting, and fishing. He actively attends church and has participated in community 5k events.
