They stand behind all they do! Last year we hired DreamMaker to remodel our master bathroom. It was a big job full of challenges due to unseen wood issues behind the walls, cracks that ran deep from a previous foundation issue, and overcoming poorly designed original construction short-cuts. Clint and his crew completely transformed the look of the room (see my review dated January 22, 2023). Anyway, a few cracks appeared last month from some settling and some other small areas needed some follow-up painting. I reached out to Clint for some advice on how best to address these minor issues. I fully expected him to come out and offer some suggestions since it had been over a year since they completed the project. What I wasn't expecting was Clint telling me a crew would be out soon to address these items. Wow! Who does that in the remodel business?? True to his word, a crew showed up, prepped the bathroom for the repairs, fixed the problems (not only did they repair and paint the small areas, the crew painted the entire room--which was not expected). After the clean up, you couldn't even tell they had been there--except for how spectacular the room looked now!!
This is why DreamMaker is the company to use. You can rest assure that they will be around to address issues that show up--even a year after the job! I'm so impressed...I can't stop talking about their commitment to superior work and customer satisfaction!

Clint and Julie Chappel were very punctual coming to our house to help us determine the pulls we wanted for our cabinets. Once the pulls came in they arranged a time for installation. Clint and his son arrived on time and had 47 pulls installed within 4 hours. Clint had a calibrated tool to determine where to drill two holes for each pull. Not all cabinets and drawers were the same size, so Clint had to measure each one. They vacuumed the area as they installed the pulls and then vacuumed again when completed.

We did a Jack and Jill bathroom remodel with Dream Maker Kitchen and Bath and are thrilled with the results! The quote and design process was easy and very detailed. They knew our budget and did everything they could to keep it in range, which was appreciated. The cabinets, tile, flooring, countertop, faucet and hardware selections were great. There were many options at different price points so it was easy to find what you wanted in your budget. When it came time to do the remodel they took great care in protecting our home and surrounding areas. They did a thorough cleanup daily. They were on time each day but if for some reason there was a delay they let us know ASAP. Someone from Dream Maker was present inside our home each day while crews were working making sure things were getting done right. The demo and renovation process was well planned out and went smoothly. We hit a bump in the demo process because of unknown water damage but Dream Maker jumped on the problem, put together a plan and had it taken care of quickly. Communication is so important and Dream Maker is very communicative throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and products used on our remodel. They exceeded expectations! Clint, Julie and Joel Chappell run an honest company and treat you like family. They epitomize integrity! They go above and beyond on every aspect! We hired Clint and his wonderful team at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to remodel our Master Bathroom. It was a huge demo and remodel project. Clint and Julie made the selection of materials stress free. Clint and Joel supervised the daily work flow. Every time workers were in our home either Joel or Clint (or both) were present. That gave us an incredible amount of peace of mind! Clint and his team have the utmost level of integrity. As soon as we agreed on the work and signed the contract, Clint, Joel and Julie became a part of the family. There were several ups and downs during the project--as is usually the case in remodels--but they managed our expectations wonderfully. Clint never failed to stand by us and represent our best interests! They truly do put the customer first! DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen transformed our outdated, tired looking bathroom into a modern looking, warm and inviting spa oasis!
We were so impressed by their dedication to taking care of everything thing for us we immediately hired them to tackle our Master Bedroom. It wasn't a big project like the Master Bathroom, but nonetheless, Clint and his team made us feel like it was another transformation requiring love and attention to detail. Now, we have two rooms that actually are a joy to walk into. We ended the projects completely satisfied. We definitely will use them for any future remodels!

I cannot recommend Clint, Julie and their family with DreamMakers high enough! They are a family run business and one of the most honest and sincere group of individuals that you will ever meet! They are willing to go above and beyond on helping you with your project and the quality of their work and materials are impeccable. They respond quickly and provide excellent customer service, which is very difficult to find these days. If you are looking to hire someone with integrity and want the highest level of quality workmanship performed on your project, then look no further! They will take care of you and make sure the job is done right! We were very pleased with how they have helped us on our project and can highly recommend them!
