Amy Thomas was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado.  She has been working as an accounting professional in the construction industry in excess of 27 years.  Although most of her work has been handling the office aspects of construction, her spark for remodeling was inspired by assisting in the design and color selections for several remodels and experiencing the joy it brought to the recipient.  This led to the desire to join the DreamMaker family.  It’s such a great feeling when you can make a client happy by giving them their dream home.

Amy is a mother to Jason and Adam and a grandmother to nine awesome grandsons (yes, that’s right no girls in the mix).  Outside of work, Amy enjoys camping and boating and spending time with family and friends.

Joe is originally from IL. In 1978, he started a family custom home building and remodeling company with his father and uncle. He then went on to pursue a degree in applied science and graduated from DeVry University in Chicago.  In 1982 he moved to Colorado to achieve a second science degree from the Electronics Technical Institute of Denver.

Joe was the National Support Administrator for an international computer company until 1992.  Since then, he has been self-employed managing a commercial IT service business providing honest, ethical, and friendly customer service.

Leigha is a Colorado native born and raised in the Denver area. She went to art school in Denver where she studied many different areas of art and has always had an eye for color and design. She also has over 15 years in customer service and management experience and has won awards from Dillard’s for excellence in customer service and their follow up program in 2013. Dream makers is an opportunity for her to use her art background and give her the freedom to spend more time with family. Leigha enjoys being creative and makes jewelry, sewing projects, redesigning her current home and organizing and decorating.

Leigha is a caring, dedicated mom to three handsome boys named Brody, Landyn and Jase. As a family they love crafts, camping, boating and outdoor activities. Leigha was working full-time from home managing and running a babysitting franchise. She is a great listener and has a knack for finding just what people are needing/wanting. She prides herself on exceptional customer service and would love to help you design your dream kitchen or bath.

5Jason is also a Colorado native and grew up in Lafyette and Northern Colorado. He is a loving father to three young boys with Leigha.  He enjoys hunting, camping, boating and fishing. He is a handyman that loves growing a vegetable garden, maintaining his yard, building things and having hands on projects to do. He has been an HVAC technician and installer for over 20 years. He works in a family-run business with his father and younger brother. Jason has been the main handyman and project coordinator for several fix and flips as well as many maintenance and carpentry projects. He does a little bit of everything from landscape maintenance and design, drywall, floor and cabinet installation, tile, painting, trim work, custom shelves, plumbing and everything in between.

He has an amazing work ethic and an acute attention to detail. Others would describe him as friendly but kind of shy and reserved. He is a likable guy with a get it done attitude

Rachael joined the DreamMaker team in March of 2023. We are thrilled to have her as our new administrator & marketing director!
