Joey Gribben

Originally from Steubenville, Ohio, Joey moved to Stuart, Florida with his family at the age of 6. Joey’s parents, Ed & Lavonne Gribben, then opened Gribben Construction Company and DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of SE Florida dedicated to custom home building & remodeling. Joey was raised in the family business. He has experience in every aspect of construction from interior custom trim & millwork to exterior roof repair & window installation. Joey and his wife Jen purchased the business from Ed & Lavonne in early 2020. He is committed to running it with the same integrity, professionalism & customer-driven focus that the business is known for.
Joey lives in Stuart, Florida with his wife Jen and young daughter, Jules. In his free time he enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with his family.

Jennifer DeMeo Gribben

Originally from Stuart, Florida, Jen started working as a designer in the family business in 2012. With an interior design degree from Savannah College of Art & Design coupled with over 20 years of experience in the industry, it was a natural fit. Jen’s passion for design shows in every project she works on. She has a reputation for creating polished spaces that are functional, friendly and timeless. She prides herself in her attention to detail and keeping up with the latest design trends. She regularly updates the two design centers with the latest material samples for client selection and inspiration. Jen and her husband Joey purchased the business from Ed & Lavonne in early 2020. She is committed to running it with the same integrity, professionalism & customer-driven focus that the business is known for.
Jen lives in Stuart, FL with her husband Joey and young daughter, Jules. In her free time she loves traveling, boating and spending time with her family.

Dave Morelli

Originally from Ohio, Dave moved to Stuart in 1986 with Ed. He has been working in the construction industry for over 35 years. Dave enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Sarah Parmental

Originally from Virginia, Sarah relocated to Florida in 2003. She joined the DreamMaker team in 2017 serving as the Finance & Office Manager working out of our Jupiter location. She also manages the company website, social media, and all other marketing initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in business & financial management and is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. In her free time, Sarah enjoys working out and spending time with her husband and young daughter.

Jennifer Lewis

Jennifer was born in Florida and has been living on the Treasure Coast since elementary school. She joined DreamMaker in early 2019 as the Office Manager in our Stuart Design Center after working as an administrator in the medical field for several years. Her friendly, helpful and outgoing personality fits right in with our DreamMaker company culture. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys photography, anything DIY, and spending time with her family.

Kathy Berg

Kathy joined the “Dream Team” in 2021 as a Design Assistant. Kathy’s professional background is in business administration but says her most important accomplishment was home schooling her children. She loves anything related to decorating and remodeling. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys traveling, walking, pickleball & DIY projects.

Laurie Boushie

Laurie joined the DreamMaker team as a Design Consultant in 2021. She holds a degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design and has been working in the interior design industry for over 10 years. She also has experience in custom home architectural photography. In her free time, Laurie enjoys photography, nature, & visiting with friends & family.

Karinne Heal

Originally from Virginia, Karinne moved to Florida in 2001. She joined the DreamMaker team in 2016 as a Design Consultant in our Stuart Design Center.

Karinne has been working in the bath & kitchen industry for over 11 years. She has also received specialized training in custom closet design. In her free time, Karinne enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her family.

Trinity Reback

Trinity moved to South Florida from Connecticut in 2006. She holds a residential design diploma from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in addition to a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University. Trinity has worked in the field of custom cabinetry and furniture design for seven years. After spending time at Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine, she is excited to have returned to residential design, helping to create beautiful and functional living spaces.

Trinity is married with two small children who keep her very busy while outside of work.

Jeff Willard

Originally from California, Jeff moved to Stuart at a very young age. He has been working in the construction industry for over 40 years. In his free time Jeff enjoys fishing, boating, baseball & spending time with his family.

Edward Wallman

Edward “Ed” Wallman was born & raised in sunny Florida. He has been working in carpentry for over 6 years on the Treasure Coast but has been “fixing things” for most of his life. He likes working for the “dream team” because of its “professionalism and reputation for delivering quality craftsmanship”. When Ed isn’t working, he likes to BBQ and watch sports.

Michael Simmonds

Michael relocated from New York where he has been a licensed contractor for over 35 years. He was also a member of the NYC Home Improvement Contractor’s Association. Michael has earned a reputation for being very detail oriented in all phases of remodeling. In his free time, he enjoys bike riding, following sports & barbecuing.

Ryan Weigt

Ryan is a native Floridian with over 25 years of remodeling experience. He is known to be an excellent problem solver in difficult situations on job sites. When Ryan isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, diving, boating & spending time with his wife & dog.

Gamali Grant

Juan Diaz

Originally from Cuba, Juan has been a Florida resident since 2000. Juan has worked in construction remodeling for many years. Before joining DreamMaker, he worked as a building maintenance technician. Juan enjoys reading & spending time with his family in his spare time.

Jesus Munoz

Originally from Mexico, Jesus moved to Florida over 25 years ago. He has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Kirk Kennedy

Originally from Michigan, Kirk has been with DreamMaker since 2013. He has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and excels at customizing cabinets and all things wood related.

When Kirk is not at work, he enjoys playing raquetball and spending time with his grandchildren.

Eric Lewis

Eric is a Florida native who joined the DreamMaker team in October of 2018 as a Product Specialist. Eric has been working in the glass industry for over 13 years and has a great deal of experience with shower enclosures, frameless shower doors & custom vanity mirrors.

In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for his favorite football team, The Ohio State Buckeyes.
