We will notify all parties involved of any possibly breached agreements as soon as possible. If something isn’t working, we seek our clients and propose all viable alternatives. If we disagree or do not understand, we ask clarifying questions.

Respect

We value respect and treat others as we would like to be treated. It is important that we listen to understand what is being said and accept that what the speaker is saying is important. We communicate calmly and respectfully, without using profanity or sarcasm. We recognize that everyone is correct from their point of view.
