With a degree in Physics, Mathematics and Industrial Engineering and a broad range of career experience, Lee has worked in the automotive industry, software development and consulting, and the construction and remodeling industry. Through it all, he has been passionate about creating things. He’s always making, building, or improving something whether it is a design for a client’s remodel, a new product or process, or working to build a great company.
In his free time, his interests are just as varied; traveling with his wife and family, building and flying airplanes, remodeling my own home, and fishing just to name a few.
With over 25 years of accounting experience, along with her attention to detail, her cost-conscious ways, and high level of integrity, make Brenda the right fit the company’s accounting & HR roles. She enjoys providing timely and relevant analysis and working as a team to grow the company. She is an avid MSU fan, having gotten her degree there but also since her daughter attends there as well. Her son Josh is finishing up high school and is a year-round competitive swimmer. When the family isn’t watching a swim meet or an MSU game they love to travel together. For many years, she and her husband have been involved with mission work through their church and other organizations in the community. Over the past year, they were able to take the trip of a lifetime to South Africa for mission work and some fun excursions.
With a decade of experience under her belt, Crystal joined DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in March 2017. She loves the ever-changing creative process in the marketing field. Most of her work is behind the scenes but she makes the occasional cameo to photograph the beautiful spaces our designers create. She loves finding ways to detail each project because she knows how important the transformation is to each client. In her free time, she’s a mom to an adorable, feisty toddler and two cats, Jengo and Biz.
As a native of the Ann Arbor area with a degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University, Betty has over 20 years of experience in the local remodeling industry, concentrating on kitchens and baths. She enjoys helping the client achieve their dream of a beautiful space with lots of functionality. Her experience allows her to help guide clients through the decision making and design process effortlessly. When not at work, Betty loves spending time with her husband and two spoiled cats as well as quilting, reading, gardening and traveling, especially to Seattle to visit her two grown sons.
Tiffany grew up in a small town with a passion for home design and love for city life. When she’s not designing beautiful spaces, she can be found spending time with her son, going up north for some family time or curled up with her kitties, Johnny & June. Tiffany loves meeting new people and trying new foods.
Cheryl is an artist at heart and loves working with her clients to design spaces which are not only functional and beautiful but also uniquely reflect the client themselves. Her background in graphic design and passion for working with people is what drew her to our design team. When she isn’t helping you create your “dream” space, you can find her baking in her very own DreamMaker remodeled kitchen, working in her gardens or playing with Lucy, her Airedale terrier.
Kami is a vintage furniture loving mom of two rambunctious little boys, so of course, she believes that the design process should first and foremost be fun. Her approach to design is to maximize the function of the space while making it “sexy,” as she likes to say. She moved to Ann Arbor in 1997 to attend The University of Michigan, where she earned her BFA in Sculpture. She later attended Eastern Michigan University and completed her MS in Interior design. She’s a little quirky, proud of her geekiness, and brings a high level of genuine creativity to her clients. Her inspired designs have earned numerous awards and features on Houzz. She also stars in the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen television commercials donning her signature red hair, eyebrow piercing, and tattoos.
Marde has been recreating spaces ever since she can remember. Unfortunately, her parents did not share their eight-year-old daughter’s enthusiasm for remodeling their home. Eventually, Marde chose to pursue Interior Design professionally when she discovered that she could never own enough homes to satisfy all the styles that appeal to her. Creating fresh and exciting spaces that work fluidly with the client’s needs fuels her dedication to her craft. In her off-hours, Marde dotes on her second son—a silky terrier named Teddy.
Sean has been with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen for over 5 years! He says DreamMaker is the best company he has worked for because he feels like part of a family. In his spare time, he watches his kids play hockey, works on custom cars and likes to go camping.
Mark says that the best part of working for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is “working for a company that truly cares about quality, customer satisfaction and respect for team members.” As our Production Manager, Mark, plays a huge part in making sure each job is perfect for every satisfied client. When he’s not making sure dreams are coming true you can find him outdoors spending time with his family.
Carl is our newest team member. He’s worn a lot of different hats in the home remodeling business over the last 10 years. We are excited to have him on board. In his free time, he hangs out with his pit bull/mastiff mix, Simon and likes to golf. If he likes to golf he will fit right in here, apparently!
Ryan is an experienced carpenter with 15 years experience working in the home remodeling field. He’s been with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor for 8 years and says what he loves most about his job is being a part of a company that treats employees like family. In his free time, he’s always working on his own home, playing golf or watching movies.
Gerry has 24 years experience and it shows in his quick and thorough craftsmanship. He’s spent over 5 years at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and says it’s the “good people” that makes being a DreamTeam member so great. In his spare time, he enjoys football, family and shooting guns.
Dave has 25 years experience and 5 of those have been spent with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor. When Dave isn’t building and putting together the best kitchens and baths in Ann Arbor he is golfing and spending time with his family. He also seems to spend a lot of time on US 23 during road construction, so much so that he listed it as a hobby.
With 35 years experience, Jerry has spent the last five of those years with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor. He says it’s the leadership that makes going to work every day so great. When he’s not crafting the perfect room for your house you can find him on the golf course, camping, or spending time with his grandkids.
Kyle loves spending time with his family, which is perfect because he gets to work with his dad, lead carpenter, Gerry Davids quite a bit. When he’s not working or spending time with his family you can find him catching up on football or tubing down the river.
Matt is new to the home remodeling business but that hasn’t stopped him from jumping right in to his new job as assistant carpenter. He’s a great addition to the team and has enjoyed a warm welcome. When he’s not working he likes to golf, fish and work on his truck.
Kristina brings 12 years of accounting experience with her. She has an 8-year-old and a 4-year-old which keeps her pretty busy. In her free time, she likes to bowl or rollerblade with her kids. Her favorite song is “Smile” by Uncle Kracker and she might be getting turtles – we will keep you posted!
