This project features a custom framed 44”–46” x 60” pony wall and a framed toilet room wall, complemented by MSI Durban White matte wall tile with a sleek built-in niche. The shower includes a Seachrome Slimline seat, Kohler Awaken shower trim, 2” x 2” shower floor tile, a Schluter shower drain system, full waterproofing, integrated grab bars, and a frameless glass shower door with a fixed glass panel atop the pony wall.
The space is grounded with 12” x 24” Durban White floor tile and elevated by a Petit Sand Forevermark vanity accented with Jeffrey Alexander pulls. A Taj Mahal Light CGM countertop pairs seamlessly with Signature Hardware undermount rectangular double sinks and Kohler faucets. Finishing touches include new lighting, medicine cabinets, a new exhaust fan, a Toto Drake toilet, and walls, ceiling, trim, and doors professionally painted.
