Part-Time Designer

Salary: $200 - $500 Per Job/Commensurate with Experience

The designer will assist clients in selecting materials, including but not limited to tile, cabinets, countertops, paint color, hardware, and more. This individual should possess a strong eye for design as the position will assist with the layout of the project. This role will work closely with the salesman and client throughout the entire project and selection period.

Meet with clients to confirm project layout and design
Assist with product selection
Client selection meetings will take place in the Design Center or at the location of the local supplier
Communicate final selections with Salesperson and Clients
May visit client home to complete vision of upcoming project

Interior Design or Education Preferred
Use of a computer design program (ex. Pro-Kitchen) is a plus
2+ years experience in the design field preferred

Strong Communication Skills Required
Must be punctual, organized and flexible as we often work around the customer's schedule

Position reports to Owner/Office Manager
