The Story of the 2021 DreamMaker Franchise of the Year

Every year, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen recognizes franchisees that have gone above and beyond what’s expected. This year, the distinction of 2021 Franchise of the Year goes to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Springfield, owned by Curt and Deb Trampe.

Company History

Curt and Deb were drawn to DreamMaker’s focus on kitchen and bathroom remodeling. More than 20 years ago, the couple was running a traditional remodeling company that did “all things for all people.” Curt says the frustration with this business model was that one day they could be doing a bathroom, the next day a roof, the next day drywall repairs and so on. DreamMaker’s specialized services and streamlined remodeling processes helped increase his company’s efficiency and bottom line.

In addition, Curt and Deb were also drawn to the company’s Code of Values™. This Code of Values always puts customers first and is one of the key factors in DreamMaker’s success. DreamMaker was named the 2021 Top Franchisor for Innovation & Culture by Franchise Business Review, and was also ranked the #1 home services franchise in its satisfaction rankings.

Why Hire DreamMaker for Your Remodeling Project

Looking for a “contractor near me”? DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Tyler takes a completely hands-on approach to our clients’ projects. This approach streamlines the communication process between our clients and remodelers. As part of this hands-on approach, DreamMaker makes sure:

  • You’re assigned a dedicated designer for your project. During the initial consultation, a DreamMaker designer will carefully listen to your goals and design preferences to help you craft a vision and design that meets your needs and reflects your lifestyle.
  • There is complete transparency on the pricing and renovation process. Your dedicated remodeler will provide you with several proposals that incorporate your long-term vision for your home as well as your preferences. They will discuss with you the key features of each design and the estimated renovation cost. DreamMaker has put processes in place to minimize unexpected costs.
  • The scope of the project and responsibilities are clear and the project timelines are detailed. Home improvement projects are essentially a collaboration between homeowners and remodelers. That’s why upon approval of the proposals, your remodeler will provide an agreement clearly outlining the scope of our responsibilities as well as our expectations for the project.
