- Lead interior remodeling projects (kitchens & baths)
- Demo, framing, millwork, cabinetry (face frame & frameless)
- Install finishes: drywall, flooring, paint, wall panels
- Coordinate subcontractors and design team
- Maintain professional presence and top-tier client communication
- Manage tools, materials, jobsite prep & cleanup
- Learn proprietary DreamMaker systems and improve processes
