Testimonial Dennis and Christina are wonderful to work with – I just completed a first floor remodel with them including a slight closing in of my originally open concept design, new larger kitchen island, floor sanding, new cabinets, updated ½ bath, new trex decking, etc, , , , , AND am currently working on my list for the second floor, to hire them again! What I loved: 1) end result looks amazing – exactly as I wanted. Attached are some quick photos. 2) up front pricing, details and discussion. I spoke with Dennis about my priority items, my lack of knowledge on quality/materials/etc and then we reviewed how I could possibly save money in certain areas or focus on certain parts of the project I wanted to complete. 3) Timing: everything was scheduled in a tight timeframe that was reviewed with me, in advance. The timeline was exactly as described . . even ending a few days early. 3) cleanliness/noise onsite during construction – my neighbors commented that they did not even realize I was having so much work done at my home and it was picked up/locked up nightly. 4) Organized – I did not have to deal with any subcontractors, organizing, etc . . they handled everything after I picked my colors/etc. 5) responsive - any questions I had were answered within a few hours over email or text. Any “snafus”? Just one – trim paint was an incorrect finish. Was rectified within a few days, at my convenience. Considering the amount of in the moment add-ons and total number of projects, I was pleasantly surprised there were no big issues and the project stayed within the pricing we reviewed! I trusted Dennis and Christina with my project, and it turned out great! I will be using their services again in the coming months.
