When this homeowner demoed their existing master closets to expand their master bathroom, they turned an adjacent bedroom into a large and luxurious custom master closet. Custom cabinetry and a high-tech ceiling fan made for a gorgeous and functional space.
Project Story
This dream closet began with a spare bedroom and transformed into a functional and beautiful space. To connect this bedroom/closet to the master bedroom, we created a new doorway into the master bedroom and closed up the existing doorway into the hallway. The client wanted to make sure the layout of this closet was maximizing the space and giving her all the storage she needed, so we worked with her to find the perfect design. After several layouts with the designer, they finally figured out the best combination of shelving, hanging space, and drawers to make this a truly personalized space. The cabinetry selected was a white painted closet system. With the new rustic brown hardwood floors, this white compliments and makes the space feel more open. Lighting was key, and five new can lights enhance the work space and a high-tech light in the middle of the closet looks like a pendant but transforms into a ceiling fan when turned on. This glamorous and functional lighting feature also includes color-changing abilities. All in all, this stunning, spacious, beautiful closet is this homeowner's dream.
