Found DreamMaker on Facebook. Had renovation fatigue from several ridiculous contractor estimates. My first thought, was to keep scrolling, as contractors are a dime a dozen on FB.. Researched YouTube, DreamMaker online reviews, contacted Neil who arranged an appointment at their Hollywood Showroom. Antonio was a delight and brings a wealth of expertise to the project. . He met us at our villa condo to discuss our expectations. The entire renovation project was flawless. There was no push to sign a contract. Antonio works within your personal budget, referring us to his preferred vendors for porcelain tile, quartzite, appliances, etc. We were pleasantly impressed how the entire pre-renovation process was. Carlos the project manager was stellar in his role assuring everything went smoothly and according to design plans. Hugo, Eric and all subcontractors exuded attention to detail and are the best in the local trade. We highly recommend!

We just completed a full bathroom renovation with DreamMaker Hollywood and could not be any happier with not just the beautiful results, but just as importantly, with the quality of the experience. Some perspective might be helpful. Two years ago, we renovated our kitchen with another contractor with the thought that if things went well, we would follow that with the master bath renovation that I’m now describing. Despite being very happy with the finished product, the experience with the contractor was so miserable that we put off the bath reno indefinitely. Well, I guess it might be a bit like the experience a woman has when experiencing the pain of natural childbirth, and just a couple of years later decides that hey that wasn’t so bad why don’t we do it again? From the moment we first interviewed Antonio (as part of the process that you’re likely going through as you read this) our instincts told us that he was a decent, honest guy whose own instincts told him that the best path to success would come from creating as many happy customers as possible. The risk, of course, was that he was just another talented salesman. Thankfully, this time our instincts were spot on! From the day that demolition began what we experienced was a group of dedicated, hardworking, considerate and talented renovation experts. Carlos, Hugo and their crew were simply a pleasure to work with from start to finish. At the end of each workday our adjacent bedroom was left completely free of any debris or construction materials, allowing us to use our bedroom each night – and yes, my wife is a clean freak! Insofar as the way the work was performed, we were consulted each time there was a choice in how some part of the job could be done along with an explanation of any pros or cons regarding the available choices, as well as helpful opinions whenever we asked. Communication was clear and concise, and there was never any pushback to any of our reasonable requests. Any time we thought of something we needed done a certain way we only had to ask Carlos or Hugo once and it would be effectively communicated with the team members and promptly taken care of. It became obvious they took pride in getting things done the way we liked and, as a result, we came to implicitly trust their judgement and effort. The quality of the work itself was always beyond reproach. Beyond all the satisfaction we got from the work as it was being performed, what we didn’t get were any surprise change orders and attendant price increases. Once we agreed on the initial terms we just never encountered any disputes or disagreements. The attention to detail right from the start reduced the likelihood of any difficult circumstances and combined with DM’s honest approach to the whole effort, we were able to get through the whole project pretty stress free. Even when having to cope with the city and county bureaucracy, both Hugo and Sabrina (Antonio’s assistant and expediter) kept the unpleasantries far from our having to deal with any of it. They were so professional in their efforts that we even got multiple thanks and compliments from our building’s management office for how much of a pleasure it was to deal with the DM team, something that they’re unfortunately not accustomed to. You get the point. While there might be other capable and reliable contractors out there, finding one is not to be taken for granted. While you may or may not find a team as good as DreamMaker Hollywood, I’m doubtful that you could find anyone better for the overall renovation experience.

Antonio and the DreamMaker team are fabulous! We are extremely happy with the finished product. Not only that, Antonio and his team were completely professional and went above and beyond to be sure we were fully satisfied. They were on the job early every day and we always knew when they were not going to be there. As with every project, there were bumps along the way that required tweaks to the plan. Antonio was very accomodating and helpful in coming up with solutions that made me happy and didn't bust the overall budget. DreamMaker handled the whole project, from planning, drawings, permits and clean up. The is a vacation property so we don't live there full time, but regardless DreamMaker was very respectful and kept the place very clean. When the project concluded, they had the entire place professionally cleaned. We will DEFINITELY use DreamMaker again for our next project!

We just completed a remodel of our 3-bedroom condo. We would very much recommend DreamMaker. They did exactly what we had agreed on and more. Very professional work, friendly relations throughout the whole project. We appreciated the honesty and truthfulness of Antonio the contractor. Living out of state, we were not in Florida when the remodeling took place but Mr. Almada was always taking care of things, easy to reach, and answered our questions promptly. From getting the permit to adjusting with some changes along the way, everything went very well and came in just a week or so behind schedule. We remain impressed!
