What Dream Can We Create For You?

We recently had the two bathrooms in our 1959 house renovated. One was just flooring and vanity top, while the other was a complete demolition and rebuilding. We arranged a few in-house visits, however Dream Maker stood out as right for us. Now, having the renovations completed, we know we made the right decision. Chris helped us sort through the surprisingly wide array of design choices involved (“oh yes, we like THAT globe on the light fixture above the sink”). Norm was meticulous in the demo phase and both meticulous and creative in the rebuilding phase. I guess there are always surprises in renovation projects, and Chris and Norm made sure that the results were never just “good enough,” but truly excellent. Their attention to detail was outstanding— from big things like adding insulation to external walls when there never had been any to smaller ones like making sure the color of the grout and caulk really made the beauty of the tiles pop. One more positive was the clear communication Chris kept with us throughout the project. No “disappearing contractor” issues was a definite plus.
