Position	Designer Job Opportunity
Salary	Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $75.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities	DUTIES The kitchen & bath designer/salesperson will coordinate and design projects with customers, suppliers, and trades, so our clients can see their vision come to life. Responsibilities include: Developing design plans for interior remodeling projects Creating scope of work documents to define remodeling projects Costing and estimating kitchen and bath remodeling projects Working with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate project quotes. Ordering and tracking of materials and labor costs Travel to and from job sites for initial measuring, ongoing evaluations, and closing out of project This position is not your typical salesperson. We have found that our customers want our services but without being sold. So, rather than a pushy salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from, then closes the deal. REQUIRED SKILLS The kitchen and bath designer/salesperson will be a unique individual who: Can communicate effectively with clients, staff, suppliers, and tradespeople Can creatively solve problems Is committed to the team Can visualize in 3D, has space planning capabilities and mathematical reasoning Is eager to continually learn, grow, and keep on top of design trends Has required basic computer knowledge; intermediate experience in MS Office suite preferred Is able to travel locally (mileage is reimbursed) Has design experience with ProKitchen or 20/20 design software or Chief Architect Associate degree required, or relevant work experience in the industry (Bachelor’s a plus) Pay & Benefits Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Hourly based on experience Paid vacation and holidays; AFLAC available Paid time off Ongoing professional development in sales and design provided by an award-winning national company

Position	Job Opportunity: Lead Carpenter
Salary	Pay DOE, $57-86K annually. Hourly, based on performance and Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities	DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen seeks a skilled, motivated, honest and dependable individual. You will be responsible for successful completion of residential remodel projects from demolition to completion, to include customer service, all carpentry/finish work, scheduling of specialty trades as needed and job site management and paperwork. Excellent people and communication skills are a must. Must have own tools and late model vehicle capable of towing small job trailer.
Education and Experience	Minimum of 5 years related construction experience required. Light plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus.
