The owners of this master bathroom wanted to create a spa-like feel in the limited space of their bathroom. Textures were important to them in achieving the environment they envisioned, and black and white materials were chosen for a contemporary look and to allow for the bold pumpkin-colored paint they desired on the walls. The small size of the bathroom posed many challenges, but the finished product creates the illusion of much more space than was originally there.  The toilet and the window were the only things that were not relocated in this plan - the 24-inch vanity was removed to make room for a full-sized shower, and the original tub/shower was removed to allow for the new double vanity. An adjacent closet was eliminated to allow for the additional vanity space. This bathroom makeover created a modern and more spacious area for the owners, along with stunning design elements to match.
