Project Story
These clients were looking to widen their narrow bathroom as much as possible while staying within the same footprint. They especially wanted to remove the wainscoting around the narrow bathroom that was built in the 70’s, and update the small tiles on the floor and the tiled countertop.
After making the repairs necessary, we replaced the cast iron tub with a new steel Bootzcast tub and onyx shower walls. We also added a reduced depth vanity with a matching onyx top, which provided a few more inches in width between the tub and the vanity.
The finished widened bathroom is not only functional, but beautiful!
